Why does pet odor come back when humidity rises?
Pet urine contains uric acid salts that crystallize in the carpet fibers and pad. When humidity spikes, the salts re-hydrate and release odor again. Surface cleaning doesn't remove them — enzyme treatment does.
Can you save a carpet that's had multiple pet accidents in the same spot?
Often, but not always. If the pad is contaminated, surface treatment won't last long. We'll do a UV inspection on-site and tell you straight whether fiber-level treatment will work.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and kids?
Yes. We use Carpet & Rug Institute Seal-of-Approval chemistry — hypoallergenic, no dyes or perfumes, and pets/kids can return to the room as soon as the carpet is dry (about an hour).
How often should pet households book professional cleaning?
Every 9–12 months for most pet households. After any major accident or household illness, immediately.
